Students work on technique in each style along with learning choreography to perform at our Recital. Classes will perform at the Spring Recital on May 4, 2025. Spring recital is held at the YHS Auditorium.

- Ballet: students gain overall body awareness and build technique as the foundation of all dance styles.
- Lyrical/Jazz: students explore movement which has a feeling and tells a story.
- Pom: students learn the proper pom motion technique along with strength of movement and counting to music.
- Hip Hop: students learn how to feel rhythms and grooves to upbeat and strong music.
- Acro/Skills: students progress in acrobatic dance skills along with turns, leaps and jumps.
- Pre-Pointe: students build a foundation for pointe dance and is required for students wanting to progress to Pointe.
- Pointe: students build pointe dance skills, technique and strength.
- Musical Theatre: students learn to combine acting skills with dance technique to perform dances that tell a story.
- Tap: students learn rhythm and coordination while learning tap dance technique along with increased musicality.
- Kinderdance: students explore moving their body to music and across the dance floor. Kinderdance is a fun way to introduce young children to the art of dance!

Tuition for weekly classes
Tuition rates are per student, per payment. Payments for Classes are due: January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1. Late fee of 5% of balance due added each week account is past due.
Kinderdance (ages 2.5-4.5): $36 per payment
Classes for ages 5-7
1 class per week: $42 per payment
2 classes per week: $60 per payment
3 classes per week: $78 per payment
4 classes per week: $96 per payment
5 classes per week: $114 per payment
6 classes per week: $132 per payment
7 classes per week: $150 per payment
8+ classes per week: $168 per payment
Classes for Ages 8-11
1 class per week: $45 per payment
2 classes per week: $66 per payment
3 classes per week: $87 per payment
4 classes per week: $108 per payment
5 classes per week: $129 per payment
6 classes per week: $150 per payment
7 classes per week: $171 per payment

Attendance
We expect all students to make a reasonable effort to attend classes regularly. There are no attendance requirements for classes. Regular attendance is encouraged for maximum student growth and progression. Students who can not show proficiency in routines due to absences will be required to attend private lessons in order to perform in recitals.
Costumes
Class costumes for new students will be ordered in February. Costume deposit is due February 15 - $65 per class. Costume balance is due on March 30; amount will vary based on actual costume price. To view the costume balance amount per class, click HERE. Costumes worn for the Spring Recital are the same costumes worn for the Winter Recital. Dancers who performed in the 2025 Winter Recital, will not need to order new costumes unless they add or switch classes which they do not have a costume for. Some costumes are worn for multiple classes to help keep costs down.
Registration
There is a $25 registration fee per student for the 2024-2025 dance season. This is charged at the time of registration.
