A Little About Us
Our journey began with Miss Judi, whose passion for dance was the heart of Judi’s Dance Studio for many years. When Miss Judi retired, the studio transitioned into The Green Room under the guidance of Rob and Timera, who nurtured each dancer through various styles of dance.
In the fall of 2020, Madeleine Scott took over as the new owner, founding Premiere Dance Complex. Madeleine introduced award-winning choreography and pushed dancers to achieve new heights.
In the spring of 2024, Robyn and Brandon Murphy proudly assumed ownership of Premiere Dance Complex. Their mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for all who wish to dance, supported by a robust technical curriculum. They are dedicated to offering a welcoming dance home for every dancer and continuing the studio's legacy.
A Little About the Owner
As Studio Owner and Head Instructor, Robyn Murphy brings over a decade of experience as a dance studio owner and nearly 30 years of teaching experience. She began her journey as a teacher's assistant, where she learned the importance of classroom management and attention to detail. Gradually, she took on more responsibilities and eventually began teaching her own classes. Throughout her career, Robyn has taught thousands of dancers and choreographed hundreds of routines.
Robyn's expertise spans a wide range of styles, including Jazz, Ballet, Pom, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, and more. She has taught everything from recreational classes to competitive teams, and her students range from babies as young as 9 months to adults in their 60s. Her experience extends to both studio settings and high school teams.
Robyn is dedicated to providing an exceptional dance experience for all her students, fostering a love of dance in every individual she teaches.
